SWISS HOTEL MANAGEMENT SCHOOLS REPRESENTED BY MAGIC MENTOR

As a recognition of my successes as mentor, more and more elite universities are asking for co/operation and my help in finding the best students for them. As opposed to many other representatives, I decided not to commit myself to just one university, since I believe that students should be able to get into the best possible university based on their own individual talents, dreams and finances.

Being the main link between those elite universities and the students, in addition to managing the admissions procedure, I am then staying in close contact with the accepted students and their families as a representative.

Since I believe in the importance of practical education for my students to be able to apply in the labor market later, Switzerland and the elite universities based on paid apprenticeship are offered as a lifelong investment for those who are thinking of business, service and hospitality. Contrary to the other representatives, I did not commit myself to a school because my heart was that everyone would come to the university of their choice. In addition to my admissions and through my help, I will stay in close contact with the students as a representative of their interest in universities throughout their university studies.

WHY HOSPITALITY?

- Hospitality is one of the few economic branches that grows around 4% a year - so there is a shortage of professionals
- Hospitality is practical, it's a great way to travel all around the world while working and getting to know new cultures
- Hospitality equals interesting and varied work
- Hospitality studies teach students 2/3 languages

IF BUSINESS / HOSPITALITY, WHY SWITZERLAND?

- Switzerland is the synonym of luxury, safety and high living standards

- Amazing networking opportunities

- All inclusive schools (accommodation and meals are included in the tuition fee)

- Practice-oriented education years: 6 months of learning is followed by 6 months of paid professional experience in luxury hotels and companies in Switzerland or anywhere in the world

- Students can earn circa 1/3 of their the tuition fee back with their guaranteed paid internships (they earn CHF 1,200-1,400/month )

-  EU students can search for work in the theoretical semester as well (average salaries: CHF 20/hour for maximum 15 hours per week

- After graduation, companies are likely to offer the best interns full time jobs. Swiss earnings are starting from CHF 4,500 - 5,000 francs per month

Since I'm almost perfectly familiar with the Swiss system, as an official representative I am happy to give all my students the insider information they need in order to apply to the most suitable universities for their dreams, talents and finances. Then, I will do everything in my power to ensure that thy get not just accepted but also that they get accepted under the best possible conditions.

The key to my credibility is that driven by my conscience and good will, I tell my mentees all the advantages and disadvantages of those universities, to make sure that they can make the best possible informed choice. Also, I disclose "secrets" like where to get a 25% scholarship, which school gives your students a free iPad, which guarantees the most internship or which one is offering let's say Culinary Arts or Luxury Management?

My role is twofold: on the one hand, the universities delegate me to find them the best possible students - on the other hand, I strive to make sure that my students choose the best possible university for them. Though I am paid by those universities for my representative work, this is far less important to me than seeing the happy faces of my students and their subsequent international and professional successes in the most luxurious hotels, restaurants and service sector companies - whether in Switzerland or any other elite destination in the world!
